Today is the last day of school for some kids in New England. We didn’t get any snow this year! My kid loved his teacher. I asked what her favorite animals were and she said fish. I wanted to go with a local fish, so I grabbed a book at the library. I always thought the puffer fish family was neat. These are striped burr fish. After I finished the piece, we made a little summer pack. A friendship bracelet, a book on how to detox for the summer and this! Of course I waited until the last minute and finished 10 minutes before the bus came but here is a new piece! A beautiful and fun piece for the home or the classroom!
